Adele Landauer - Founder of ManageActing®
For over fifteen years, Adele has kept herself busy in the political and economic scene as a trainer, mentor, author, and keynote speaker.
As an actress, she’s been on stage or in front of the camera for over twenty-five years.
There, through her many different roles, she learned how to harmonize body, voice, and content.
After furthering her education internationally, she developed ManageActing®: a series of courses, coaching sessions, and seminars, which draws upon her years of acting experience and is specially tailored to meet the needs of modern management.
In individual coaching sessions, she trains people of all professions - entrepreneurs, politicians, doctors, sales people, lawyers, secretaries, executives, and all people who want to successfully present themselves, their product, or their company in a convincing way with heart and humor.
She has written several books, which have also been recorded as audiobooks. In order to bring her concepts and methods to a broader audience, Adele has again taken to the stage but this time as an international keynote speaker.Dr. Ralph Schicha

Dr. Ralph Schicha is a co-trainer at ManageActing®, actor, psychologist, and author. One of the best and most sought-after actors of his time, Dr. Schicha has worked with some of the most prominent directors of television, film, and theatre in and outside of Germany. He studied acting in Munich and at the Stanford Drama Department. In the United States, he also graduated with degrees in psychology, philosophy, and sociology. As a seminar leader, his areas of expertise include presentations, media appearances, creative self-management, and “company theatre”. Dr. Ralph Schicha lives in Munich. |
Isabelle von Siebenthal

Isabelle von Siebenthal is a co-trainer at ManageActing® and an actress. After studying ballet in New York, Monaco, and Nice, she went on to perform with the Opéra de Monte-Carlo, in Lucerne, and in many musicals. After a successful career as a ballet dancer, she studied the art of acting in France. For over twenty-five years now, she has been acting on stage and in countless TV and film productions across Germany and Switzerland. After furthering her education internationally, she also finds herself working in the German economic sector and political scene as an NLP trainer and systemic coach for appearance and practical rhetoric. Isabelle von Siebenthal lives in Nice and Berlin. |
